Rosa Mexicano ($30) In addition to an à la carte menu, Rosa Mexicano will be offering a prix fixe 4-course menu available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, at both the Mary Brickell and South Beach restaurants. Pubbelly ($250) Guests wishing to celebrate the holidays as Chef Jose Mendin would in Puerto Rico can pre-order a whole roasted 6lb. suckling pig with mofongo, tostones, arroz mamposteao and a 6 pack of Medalla with Pubbelly sauces.
