Rosa Mexicano ($30) In addition to an à la carte menu, Rosa Mexicano will be offering a prix fixe 4-course menu available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, at both the Mary Brickell and South Beach restaurants. Bistro One LR ($95 Adults/$45 Children) Christmas Eve: A traditional three course holiday dinner menu with live entertainment creates the perfect setting for this festive feast. 6 to 10 p.m. Christmas Day Brunch ($135 Adults/$45 Children)Savor the season at the Christmas buffet featuring holiday favorites including prime rib, hand-carved turkey, glazed honey ham, unlimited champagne, special eggnog punch and live entertainment. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. 786- 276-4000, 1 Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach.

Pubbelly ($250) Guests wishing to celebrate the holidays as Chef Jose Mendin would in Puerto Rico can pre-order a whole roasted 6lb. suckling pig with mofongo, tostones, arroz mamposteao and a 6 pack of Medalla with Pubbelly sauces. Each pig will serve 5-7 people. Pig can be ordered for $250 + tax & service (available to go) at info@pubbelly.com or call 305.532.7555; 48 hour pre-order is required.

SUSHISAMBA Coral Gables, 11:30 a.m.-11 p.m. A la carte menu includes slow roasted pekin duck with arroz verde, sweet pea puree, jalapeno confiture; crisped confit pork with braised swiss chard, compressed granny smith apple, chicharrones, green mustard, rosemary-scented brown butter applesauce; Peruvian hot cocoa with green tea whipped cream, housemade marshmallows, white chocolate green tea macarons with strawberry filling. 305-448-4990. 180 Aragon Ave. (Westin Colonnade), Coral Gables.

Panorama Restaurant & Sky Lounge at Sonesta Coconut Grove: On Christmas Eve, from 6 to 11 p.m. Panorama is offering an a la carte dinner menu, dishes include seafood chowder ($13) and beef tournedo ($42).
